Scope of services

Services are provided only within the scope CGM Imaging Services is legally permitted and qualified to perform in the applicable jurisdiction. Facility owners and operators remain responsible for equipment registration, operator qualifications, required inspections, shielding or qualified-expert reviews, and other facility-specific regulatory obligations unless a written agreement expressly assigns a particular task to CGM Imaging Services.

Testing and documentation

Performance tests, preventive-maintenance reports, exposure-rate measurements, and other service documentation are technical service records. They do not constitute a government inspection, regulatory approval, physicist or qualified-expert report, accreditation determination, or manufacturer certification unless expressly identified as such in writing by a person or entity authorized to provide that specific service.

Manufacturer and brand references

Manufacturer and product names are used for identification and compatibility purposes. Unless expressly stated in writing, references to a manufacturer, product, or dealer channel do not imply that CGM Imaging Services is an authorized dealer, authorized service center, agent, representative, or endorsed provider of that manufacturer.

Quotes, parts, and warranties

Equipment and parts availability, lead times, pricing, freight, taxes, return eligibility, and manufacturer warranties are subject to supplier terms and the applicable written quote. CGM Imaging Services does not extend or alter a manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

No guarantee of repair outcome

Diagnostic and repair work is performed using commercially reasonable service practices. Equipment age, prior modifications, discontinued parts, hidden failures, and other conditions can affect repairability. No specific repair outcome, uptime level, response time, or regulatory result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
